How FestNexus works

Seven steps from first look to completed sponsorship.

1. Register and verify email

Choose organizer or brand. You must confirm you are 18 or older and accept the terms.

Organizers add a society and event; brands add a company profile.

Submit documents for review. Badges appear only after approval.

Browse events and campaigns, save favourites and request proposals.

Send a proposal, exchange counter-offers and messages, then accept.

Review the agreement summary, record the externally signed copy, then deliver and approve each item.

Payments happen between the parties. FestNexus keeps records and an administrator reconciles them. We never hold funds.
